When will I be charged for my order?

We follow a two-step process to ensure you are only billed when your gear is on its way to you:

1. Authorization (Point of Purchase): When you place your order, we place an "authorization hold" on your credit card or payment method. This is not an actual charge, but it ensures the funds are available. You may see this as a "Pending" transaction on your bank statement.

2. Final Charge (Shipment): Your card is officially charged once your items have been picked, packed, and are ready for shipment from our warehouse.
