Can I cancel an order online once the order has been placed?

 

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, online cancellation is no longer available. However, if your order hasn’t yet been fulfilled or shipped, our Customer Experience team will gladly assist you with cancellation over the phone if possible.

What if the order has already shipped?

If your order is already on its way, we won't be able to cancel it. Once the package arrives, you can follow our Returns Process to send the item back for a refund.

Note: Shipping fees are generally non-refundable for orders that were shipped before a cancellation request was received.
