Help! My PFD didn’t inflate!

Please contact our Customer Experience team and they will provide the resources and instructions to return your inflatable for inspection. We thoroughly investigate all non‑inflations to determine whether a defect exists.

  • Leave the CO₂ cylinder and inflator mechanism in place. Do not disarm, remove, or alter any components — we need the device exactly as it was worn.
  • Shipping guidance: Our Customer Experience team will confirm the preferred courier, ship to address, and any packing requirements.
  • CO₂ cylinder status: If the cylinder is empty, most couriers will accept the package as is. If the cylinder is still charged, notify the Customer Experience team so they can assist with any required shipping documentation.

Attach photos and a brief incident summary (date, time, location, activity, conditions, and any pre‑trip checks) when you contact Customer Experience to help expedite the assessment.
