Help! My PFD didn’t inflate!

Please reach out to our Customer Experience team, and they will provide you with the necessary resources for returning your inflatable to us. We carefully investigate all non-inflations to ensure our products meet our high standards and are not defective.

When returning your inflatable, please leave the CO2 cylinder and inflator mechanism intact. Do not disarm or remove anything. We need it in the exact condition it was worn to accurately assess any potential issues with the inflator. Our CX team will also guide you on which courier to use for shipping.

If the CO2 cylinder is empty, the courier should accept the device as is. If it is still full, please let our CX team know, and they will assist with any additional shipping documents required.
