Please get in touch with our Customer Experience team. They will provide resources for returning your inflatable to us; we do investigate all non-inflates to ensure that the product meets our standards, and is not defective.
Please leave the CO2 cylinder and inflator mechanism all in 1 piece, don’t disarm or remove anything. We need it back in the condition it was worn in; this helps us determine if there are any issues with the inflator itself. Our CX team will provide directions on which courier to ship with. If the CO2 cylinder is empty, they should accept the device as is. If it isn’t empty, please let our CX team know, and they can prepare any extra shipping documents you may need.
