How do I initiate the returns/repairs process?

If you are looking to send us a product for repair, pictures and a description of the issue always help. We also need to know what you are sending back by telling us the style code of your product. It will start with an “M” and should be 6 characters, eg MJ 3500 or MD 3183. As well, any proof of purchase, date of manufacture, or serial/lot numbers help us determine the age of the product. Once our Customer Experience team receives your information, they will provide you with an RA# ship-to details for where you can send your products.

If you are looking to return a product purchase from our website for a refund, the quickest way is to send our Customer Experience team the order number from your online order, and which items you are looking to return. If the items are still in the return window, they will issue you an RTV# and a ship-to location.

We do inspect items returned to ensure that they are still usable products. If you simply tried on your product and did not like the fit, that’s ok! Just fold it up and return it with the original packaging. But any products that have been used we cannot accept back for a refund. If your return is rejected, we can send the product back to you should you wish, but we, unfortunately, can’t issue all refunds.
